Bonaventure Museum


7/11/2017	Our location - Bonaventure QC Bonaventure Museum
We toured the museum in Bonaventure QC. The French name is Musee Acadien Du Quebec A Bonaventure. We learned about the great deportation of the Acadians from Nova Scotia to Quebec, and other parts of the world like Louisiana when the British forced them out.

	The Museum.
	One of the displays is locals building of Bonaventure produced by a local craftsman.

After the Museum, we walked across the street to the Fabrique Bonaventure, a grand church.
	Silver roofs are prominent on the churches we have seen in New Brunswick and Quebec. Silver is part of the religion, not sure what the material is.

	Located in the church were models of the other churches in the area created by the same craftsman in the museum.
