Leaving Natchitoches, we continue south through central Louisiana.  Not much to see along Interstate 49.  But then we made the turn east on I-10 and the landscape changed from boring to swampy and interesting!

Baton Rouge LA For approximately 20 miles Interstate 10 becomes an elevated highway and goes over the bayou in central Louisiana.
