We arrive at the
Escapees Rainbow's End Park
in Livingston, Texas. We have been Escapees members for 5 years, but
this is the first time we have had a chance to visit an Escapees park.

We met Kim and Terry Dankert at the Life on Wheels Conference in Moscow, ID in July. They attended as fulltime RV
wanabees.
They came up from Houston to visit and get more information on full-timing. Terry is close to retirement and they are ready to
buy a truck and a trailer. |

In addition to transient spaces, Rainbow's End also has deeded lots, where the owners can build. The structures range
from simple RV carports like the one in this photo to full homes. |
 |
This was an interesting layout. There was a RV sized carport in the middle flanked by a car sized carport on each side
with a house along side. |
