 Electric steps are usually standard on motorhomes because you use them to exit after driving.

By nature, you are outside the trailer when you want to first use the steps so manual steps tend to be standard on trailers.  The Travel Supreme uses a triple step which is a little more difficult to open and close.

Electric steps reduce the whole process to just flipping a switch just inside the door.
