We installed the water heater in the bar cabinet. Space is a premium in our Coach House.. |

The water heater fit in there but I would hate to have to take it out. But we did allow for enough space to remove the water heater if we should ever have to. |

We added some light under the upper bar cabinets. |

We had the bar wall cabinets made with a deeper underside so the lights will be out of sight. | |

The lights we choose can be daisy-chained for power. We dressed the cables with clamps so they would sag down. |

The ceiling fan has been up for a while but we finally received the replacement light bowl for the one than was broke by a falling screwdriver. | |
