Retama Phase II has started. The lots are bigger. Here the RV lot has a 12'x24' Coachhouse, bigger than our 12'x20' building. Also there is room for a pergola (shaded patio) behind the Coachhouse. |

The biggest feature of Retama Phase II is the RV Casita which is a small house, 750-1200 sq-ft with an attached RV port. | |

The house is arranged so that there is a patio space between the house and the RV port to create a private patio area. | |
